How do I submit my pet's photo?
After you place your order, we’ll personally contact you at the email address you provided to request a high-resolution photo of your beloved pet. Once we receive your image, we’ll confirm within 24 hours and let you know if any additional photos are needed to ensure every detail is captured perfectly — so your portrait truly reflects their personality and spirit.
What makes a good reference photo?
The best photos are well-lit, in focus, and show your pet's face clearly. Natural lighting works best, and we prefer images where your pet is looking toward the camera. Multiple angles are helpful!
How long does it take to create my pet portrait?
Each portrait is hand-painted to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation, plus shipping time.
Can I request changes to the portrait?
Each portrait is lovingly hand-painted with care to capture your pet’s unique personality. We do not offer revisions, so to ensure the best possible result, please send a high-resolution photo and share any special details about your furry friend. This helps us create a portrait that truly reflects the heart and spirit of your companion.

What if I'm not satisfied with the final portrait?
Each portrait is hand-painted with love and completely personalised to capture your pet’s unique personality. Because of this personalisation, we are unable to offer refunds. If you’re not happy with your portrait, please reach out to us — we’ll work with you to address your concerns and ensure the finished piece reflects your beloved companion as beautifully as possible.
